Naturally - Celebrations and preparations and gratitude in the present!
I think I'll have a great day today! Wait, I'll re-phrase that, I'm having a great day today! Hope you can say the same.
Lots of things on the go and so many happy celebrations coming soon and things to do, things to do!

Yay!

Today I get to temp for the temp agency I work for! I think that's pretty funny! They need someone to cover their phones and reception while their staff have a Christmas luncheon. Just a few hours but at least I'm back up and running after that bout with pneumonia! Glad to be part of the working world again!

Plus I'm expecting a package to arrive today that includes the software I chose to help me put together more interesting items at my lulu storefront - more on that later, I put one booklet together today without the software and found it a long-winded process. I'm hoping this word processing software I've purchased will make all of that much easier and far faster! Fingers crossed, and perhaps by tomorrow or Thursday I'll have things up and running and go into production.

That seems quite appropriate too - Thursday is the Solstice, Winter begins in the Northern Hemisphere - Summer in the Southern Hemisphere. And the world goes around and around and around and the world goes around ever more! The lovely patterns that nature builds within the fabric of our existence; the seasons and the wonders that unfold within them is the subject of one of the projects I have underway but not quite ready to publish just yet. "Celebrating Our Natural World" will attempt to display how nature celebrates itself and hopefully encourage we humans to follow suit! I also have an "Affirmations" project underway that needs just a bit of tweaking. With these I'll get to experiment with what the new software will help me conjer up more easily - that will be the most fun!

And now to get ready for today's placement adventure - another placement tomorrow will be for a few short hours of orientation for a company I'll be helping out next week... The rest of my time will be set aside for holiday preparations and some Christmas baking - a favourite holiday chore! Plus the "last minute" shopping for some stocking stuffers - that's always a fun adventure! Maybe I'll do a bit of shopping downtown while I'm out and about today!

Oh there's just so much to celebrate and for that I am eternally grateful! To celebrate is to revere, and to revere our natural world and our families and the seasons and our many natural companions - well it's just what I LUV to spend my time doing! To get to share that reverance with others is another great gift to celebrate and I thank you for the opportunity to do just that! An interesting subject on which to employ my skills and talent and I look forward to the adventures as they present (do you see the "present" in that?) themselves to me!  What fun!
