Development, Notes for the website; "Our Enchanted Garden"

I've suggested you'd be joining me in this adventure of blogging and building and website design rolled into one and another milestone has been achieved! Well... all right I'll admit it's just a start...
Time to work up a list of the things I want to incorporate so I can work on them strategically and build the site smoothly.
Home page ; drives everything, needs a good intro, needs nice buttons for links to my sections;
Poetry Corner & Inspirations from the garden
Horticultural Information; plant information, photos, botanical names, etc.
The Garden's History - Stories with pictures
Come take a walk in the garden - "tour" stories with pictures
Other Connections With Nature; biking, hiking, star gazing, birding
Garden Map - Web Cams, stories linked to a space in the garden
Organic Gardening; working with nature
Weeds, Herbs and "Native" Species
Metaphysics In The Garden
Garden Craft Ideas
Kids section; gardening, garden "critters; simple projects
Faeries, Dragons, Sprites and Elves
Links to other resources, outside my site.
Now it's time to really look at layout and how to use the index page to really catch some interest! It serves a double duty, at the moment. And Page 2 is really doing triple time, the information will get organized as the content begins to warrant the need! What the heck I'm just playing with ideas and experimenting and getting feedback. I've sent the link out to a few friends and family. Some people may not take into account this is currently a "bare bones" site... We'll see how it goes from here. We're only talking two pages and limited links to date... rudimentary, really!
If you stop by the site, cool! It will be changing regularly as I add content and functionality. I haven't even designed my buttons yet! And I have more to learn before I can really fly with Photoshop animations! Web Cams won't be installed for a while but I think it will be a fun feature for everyone. I might even try to set one up in a spot normally lighted in the evenings... So people can try spotting the "little people" ha! ha! Maybe I can run a contest! Ah-h-h, so much to explore.
What fun to look forward to, gives me a new surge of creative energy!
