Human beings have believed for thousands of years, by design and by programming, that they aren't trustworthy or wise, aren't kind or considerate, aren't knowledgeable or loving. Humans have been told for countless ages to fear the unknown and the dark, that they are victims of circumstance and evil forces. That not only the world they live in is evil but that they themselves are evil!
What a weird world it is where our own common sense, our intuition and our inner knowing are all discounted, in favour to the whims of those who are in power to lead us.
Not one creature that lives in our garden is subjected to the mind-numbing programming that would suggest a snail or a chickadee are evil or unloving or untrustworthy. There is not a single beetle or flower or shrub that has been made to feel less than its' own perfect self. No one doubts the garden unfolds as it should - why oh why oh why do we humans have so little faith in ourselves and our fellow living beings?
The inaguration of Barak Obama will help to mark a place in the history of the human race when faith is beginning to be restored upon itself. And I'm not talking about religion. I'm talking about people fully appreciating the very power they possess themselves. Obama wants to see the grass roots of America try to re-establish itself and the citizens of the US re-build the country in the image their fore-fathers hoped to see!
Good Luck America! Take good care of your new president and become involved in your world - accepting your responsibility in making it the sort of country you can all be proud of!
