Blog withdrawl...what a rough thing to go through!
No not really, actually... I've been playing with some graphic stuff !
I find it fun to play with software that I'm unfamiliar with - just so long as I'm not in a rush to actually produce something with it! Patience is a BIG part of that lesson!
I've also been busy reading a book by Alan H. Cohen called "Mr. Everit's Secret - What I Learned from the World's Richest Man". It's a quick read - great for filling in time on short bus rides and the like! The concepts put through are timely. People could benefit from adjusting their thinking to a view that there truly is enough to go around.
We humans are transforming ourselves daily...and the transformation - if you look around your world isn't necessarily neat and tidy - for some the transformation is painful and messy. We are once again transforming our beliefs about the world we live in.
This is happening everywhere and through momentous events of all sorts; the attempt to save Terri Shaivo from certain death is a great example... I won't suggest I have any answers to the plight she faced or the pain both her husband and her parents faced - but I suggest it is an event that is making people think and perhaps to even question their beliefs as they try to assimilate and understand all their mixed feelings about the issue...
But no time to write more...back to work for now...
Did you play a April Fool's prank on any friends or loved ones? I was suggesting to my co-workers that it's possible to play kind and thoughful pranks - ones that can put smiles on people's faces and brighten their days... Seems to me there's more room for fun if it's approached from that angle...But hey - that's just my perspective!
Until later - I hope the prank you get - gets a belly laugh out of you!
